I am so tired of waiting,
Aren’t you,
For the world to become good
And beautiful and kind?
Let us take a knife
And cut the world in two—
And see what worms are eating
At the rind.

Early Bird Special: Kien Lam says: “After I quit my job last year, I packed a bag, grabbed my camera and bought a one way ticket to London. 17 countries later, I compiled this time lapse of the many amazing places I came across.”
17 Countries. 343 Days. 6237 Photographs. One incredible journey.

To riff off Andy’s first post of 2012 —
Where I am: Home. Cupertino. Currently on the futon in the family room next to the “spinny chairs” and the kitchen counter where all baked goods (such as the epic throw-everything-in birthday cakes and U6 brownies and pizza and 2 a.m. Royal Wedding scones) are made. (Yep, that futon ^^)
What I’m doing: Chatting with A, typing on Tumblr and scrolling through my dash, trying to remember what all happened this year and wondering what could happen in the year to come.
What’s personally in store for 2012: I like the thought of having new year’s resolutions!I guess I could just as easily pick next Sunday or the Friday after that (and I just might) but even so, it just sounds lovely! And so, some goals for the following year —
