A clean-cut high school student relies on the school’s rumor mill to advance her social and financial standing.

• priyanka chopra as olive penderghast (emma stone)- this could very easily have been kareena’s or vidya’s role, but i think maybe priyanka’s a bit more gutsy when it comes to roles like this.
• shahid kapoor as“woodchuck” todd, olive’s crush (penn badgley)- easy choice, not much of a role but shahid would be one damn fine thing to look at.
• sonam kapoor as marianne bryant (amanda bynes)- sonam has that annoying yet beautifully innocent quality to her, which makes her perfect for a pestering christian role.
• kareena kapoor as rhiannon “rhi” abernathy, olive’s best friend (aly michalka)- as a said, could have been the lead, but geet of jab we met says she’ll be better for the lead’s outrageous best friend. 
• abhay deol as micah, marianne’s boyfriend (cam gigandet)- he’s innocent yet inherently evil enough to sleep with his teacher- it may just be dev d vs zindagi na milegi dobara in my head. 
• imran khan as brandon (dan byrd)- gay, gay, gay- this may just be because i’m a diehard imran/ranbir shipper (which makes the black guy at the end ranbir lol)
